The Following are Official Rules for Froggy 92.9's Cash Cow Contest
OFFICIAL RULES
1. KFGY will be conducting a contest called the Cash Cow Contest, beginning on Monday September 26, 2016 and continuing at least through Friday, October 21, 2016.
2. KFGY will randomly call phone numbers in the Greater Sonoma County Area several times each weekday during the contest and invite the person answering for the “Froggy
Cash Cow Phrase That Pays.” If the respondent answers correctly, they win $100.
3. KFGY will periodically announce the “Froggy Cash Cow Phrase That Pays” on the air prior to and during the contest period.
4. Anyone with a landline or mobile phone number in the Greater Sonoma County Area is already entered and eligible to win because calls will be made to numbers drawn or
generated randomly.
5. Persons wishing to improve their chances of receiving a call in the Froggy Cash Cow contest may do so at any time within the duration of the contest, by going to
froggy929.com, entering the FrogNation listener club if they haven’t already, and submitting their name and phone number for the Cash Cow Contest.
6. KFGY and Amaturo Sonoma Media Group, LLC are not responsible for the failure of telephone, internet or other services that might prevent an individual from submitting
their name and phone number, from receiving a Cash Cow contest call or from winning.
7. Rules and contest dates are subject to change without notice, effective upon announcement.
8. No purchase necessary. One winner per household. To win you must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of
participation. Employees of KFGY, Amaturo Sonoma Media Group, LLC and/or its affiliated companies as well as employees of other radio stations in the market and
members of their immediate family are not eligible to win. “Immediate family” means parents, children, stepparents, spepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings and spouses, whether or
not living at the same residents.
