“Say It And Win” Contest Rules
DATES
Froggy 92.9 will conduct a contest called “Say It And Win” from April 3-May 5, 2017.
PRIZES
Winners will receive cash prizes ranging from $50 to $500.
HOW TO ENTER
Everyone with a Sonoma County phone prefix is automatically entered. To increase the chances of being called, contestants may fill out the online registration for Froggy 92.9’s “Say It And Win Contest on froggy929.com, providing the phone numbers that they wish to be called at. We will make a minimum of two calls per weekday, 6AM-7PM, April 3-May 5, to numbers selected at random. The cash prize amount for each call will be announced before the call is placed. We will ask the person answering the phone: “What radio station do you listen to?” If they answer “I listen to Froggy 92.9, they win the cash prize announced for that call.
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to people who live or work in Sonoma County.
Winner must possess a valid US Driver’s License or ID; or if under 18, must have a parent with a valid US Driver’s License or ID.
CONDITIONS
One winner per household. Employees or Amaturo Sonoma Media Group, LLC and their families are not eligible.
Winners must come to the Froggy 92.9 Studio at 1410 Neotomas Avenue, Suite 200, Santa Rosa 95405 to sign a release form before claiming the prize.
Winner agrees to allow Froggy 92.9, its licensee and its employees the full and complete right to use their voice, photograph, likeness and name in connection with any Froggy 92.9 promotion without compensation in any form.
Winner is responsible for any and all taxes (Federal, State or any other) or other levies on this prize.
Froggy 92.9 is not responsible for any phone system/texting outages, problems or delays in any online broadcast and all prizes are awareded “as is” with no warranties, guarantees or reimbursements by Froggy 92.9/Amaturo Sonoma Media Group, LLC.
In the event that the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the contest, it will once again become the property of Froggy 92.9.
The prize has the cash value as announced before the call of between $50 and $500 and is non-transferable. In the event of any cancellations Froggy 92.9 is not responsible for reimbursement of any kind.
