Festival Napa Valley presents one of the crown jewels of feature animation with a live orchestra concert accompanying Walt Disney’s original Fantasia (1940).

Widely acclaimed as one of the greatest animated films of all time, Fantasia introduced generations to the drama, passion, and beauty of classical music. The stunning film accompanied by Festival Orchestra Napa showcases beloved classics including Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals and Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Suite, and iconic moments such as Mickey Mouse dabbling in magic in Dukas’ The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and the mythical unicorns and winged horses that accompany Beethoven’s “Pastoral” Symphony.
