The Omar Medrano Legacy Classic Fundraiser

This year we will be hosting our first fundraiser: the Omar Medrano’s Legacy Classic Fundraiser. It will take place on Saturday October 4th, 2025 from 11am to 3pm to help support the needs of students.
We are fundraising for post-secondary site visits, Leave To Learns (field trips/field work), Internship equipment/gear and building community partnerships. In the current political climate, funding is more scarce.
This will be a fundraiser named after a MBA alumni who passed last summer. We are collaborating with the student’s parents who are a part of a local lowrider club. This event will be a lowrider event free to the public (our fundraising method will be through sponsorships and raffles). We will have food and vendor booths, raffles, and kid activities.
