The highly anticipated 11th Annual Windsor Chili Cook Off returns Saturday, September 7, calling on chili enthusiasts and culinary wizards alike to showcase their skills in a savory showdown. The Windsor Chili Cook-Off is an annual culinary event hosted by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce celebrating the rich tradition of chili making and community spirit.
