This episode is about community showing up for one of its own. I’m joined by Kristen Bringhurst, co-owner of Sandy’s Take & Bake Pizza here in Santa Rosa.

Kristen and her husband Kenny bought Sandy’s back in 2023 and have been pouring their hearts into the business ever since. But earlier this year their family faced a scary moment when Kenny experienced acute heart failure. Thankfully he’s recovering, but as many families know, medical emergencies can come with overwhelming expenses.
