After an incredible 13 year run, Rob & Joss will be leaving the Froggy 92.9 morning show. They had this to say:
“It’s with a heavy heart that we make this announcement. You may have guessed what it is, you may be taken aback – but we wanted to let you know that we’ll be leaving Froggy 92.9. We’ve been in Sonoma County for a long time and this wasn’t an easy decision to make. But we’ve been offered a fantastic opportunity with a great company in a lovely city. We’ll be here on Froggy until Friday, February 15 th. This wasn’t a decision to be taken lightly- country’s a format where listeners can become friends. And we have a lot of friends around here! We hope you’ll wish us the best and please know that a portion of our hearts will always be here in Sonoma County. There’s nothing that Froggy as a company or our parent company did that made us want to leave. Nothing that our coworkers or sister stations did that made us want to leave – we were just presented with a life adventure that we really must go on. Our management is also working to find another morning show for Froggy. We’ll try our best to put together some kind of farewell bash.
After we leave, we ask that you continue to listen to Froggy and support our friends on the station- we love them and we love Froggy and we love you – and we thank you.
Again, our last day will be Friday. February 15th, 2019.”
