Country Music Freak Trace Adkins stars in “I Can Only Imagine”

Trae Patton/NBCTrace Adkins heads out on the Country Music Freaks Tour with Blake Shelton on February 15, and next month, you’ll also be able to catch Trace on the big screen.

The “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” hitmaker co-stars in the new movie, I Can Only Imagine, alongside Dennis Quaid and Cloris Leachman. The film reveals the backstory of MercyMe’s Bart Millard, and how he came to write the double-platinum Christian single which gives the movie its title. 

I Can Only Imagine opens March 16. You can check out the trailer now on YouTube.
