Thomas Rhett is the “Star of the Show” when it comes to being polite

ABC/Image Group LA In the past, hit singer/songwriter Rhett Akins has said he’s most proud of son Thomas Rhett because of what a good guy he is. Now it’s official: TR is the nicest guy in country music…or at least the most polite.

TR has made the National League of Junior Cotillions’ list of the Ten Best-Mannered People of 2017. Thomas comes in eighth on the ranking “for inspiring fans through his music to value family, relationships, and, above all, character.”

Of course, in 2017, Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren not only adopted now-two-year-old Willa Gray from a Ugandan orphanage, but they also welcomed their first biological child, Ada James.

Golfer Rickie Fowler is #1 on the tally, with Duck Dynasty’s Sadie Robertson — who stars in Brett Eldredge’s “The Long Way” video — coming in fifth. Also on the list: Fixer Upper’s Joanna Gaines, former soccer star David Beckham, and future member of the royal family Meghan Markle.
