What a way to finish day 2 with Darius Rucker on the Chevy Silverado Stage and another beautiful sunset behind the crowd. His full set was mixed with the old, the new, and even a good amount of his Hootie & the Blowfish hits, which the crowd loved. And the Sonoma hills as the backdrop behind the stage with Darius in his blue jeans, t-shirt, and baseball cap gave an overall down-home country vibe that everyone loves about him.

Backed by his six-piece band, The Carolina Grey Boys, Darius gave a solid performance here at Country Summer. He’s been performing on big stages for a long time now, and it was obvious that he is a natural and knows when to play crowd-pleasing tunes of his. There’s just such a sweet nature about him and his touching songs that are uplifting and all about seeing the good in the bad, and chasing your dreams.

Overall, it was a great way to end day two! Especially with the fan favorite song Wagon Wheel, which the audience took over and sang the last verse to. Make sure to check out the songs he played below.
