Montgomery Gentry is a strong country duo that always brings a solid performance that country music lovers can never get enough of. Much to the audience’s surprise though, they announced that they’re finally making a new album! And they even played two songs on it called “Outskirts” and “Drink-a-long Song.” Which was good news to strong Montgomery Gentry fans looking to hear some new music from them as well. And to make them happier, Troy and Eddie even took the time to sign some fans’ boots and greet them.
There’s definitely something about the duo that gets the crowd up and yelling for more. Their songs are songs that the crowd knows those two have lived, making them that much more real and powerful when sung up on stage, even in the blazing heat of June. Despite the heat though, the two killed their performance and got everyone up and ready for Darius to end Day 2 of Country Summer!
