
Doc McCoy has been broadcasting in Sonoma County since 1993. When the
River first took to the airwaves in 2003, Doc was one of the original
deejays. Doc can be heard on Froggy on the weekends!
Michael "Doc" McCoy is the author of "Through My Mother's Eyes," the
true story of his mother, Jean-Marie Faggiano (Heskett), and her
family, who lived as civilian prisoners of war in Manila, Philippines,
during World War II. The book is published by Strategic Book Publishing
in New York, and was released in October 2008.
Doc is involved with many charitable activities, including United Way. Doc is married to Angela McCoy and has a son, Thomas.
