ABC/Image Group LAIf you’d like to see Dan + Shay in 2019 and you don’t already have your tickets, well, you’d better hope the duo adds some new dates.
Dan + Shay: The Tour has quickly become Dan + Shay: The Sell-Out. Twenty of the dates on Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney’s headlining trek were already at capacity, so they added one more: March 7 in New York City. It only took about an hour for that one to sell out on Friday morning.
2018 has been quite a year for Dan + Shay. “Tequila” became the biggest hit of their career so far, and its follow-up, “Speechless,” is on track to finish the year at the top of the country chart.
The Grammy-nominated duo also has some pretty big plans to ring in 2019: They’ll play Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest live from Times Square in New York City. You can watch for them December 31 starting at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
